My husband and I recently purchased a farmhouse in Montgomery County and needed some remodeling work completed before moving forward with our long-term plans for the property. After meeting with several contractors and home builders, we were shocked at how incredibly high every estimate we received was. A friend from our church recommended Josiah Wegenast, owner of MOCO Paint & Remodeling, and we truly cannot say enough good things about him or his company. From the very beginning, Josiah impressed us. He came out to look at our property and provided a detailed estimate the very same day. His quote thoroughly outlined every aspexr of the project, including the scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing. There were no surprises, no vague promises—just honesty, transparency, and professionalism. Throughout the project, Josiah was exceptionally punctual. He arrived on time every morning, worked through lunch most days, and stayed until the workday was complete. Even more impressive, he finished the project exactly on schedule and exactly within the budget he originally quoted us. Finally, his communication was never lacking. He replied within minutes of a text / phone call and we were never left waiting for him to reply or answer questions. The work itself included framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, minor electrical work, and installing new appliances. Every task was completed with outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. Furthermore, another thing that especially stood out to us was how clean he kept the job site. At the end of each day, everything was organized and spotless. It was obvious that he treated our home with the same care and respect he would his own. Beyond his craftsmanship, Josiah’s character is what truly sets him apart. He is professional, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and someone whose integrity is evident in everything he does. Had Josiah come out and do a bathroom refresh which included refinishing our bathtub, painting and other finish work. He did a great job. Showed up when he said he would and stayed each day long hours until the job was done. He communicated well during the process and was respectful of our home. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend. We will have him out for other projects.

Hired this company through a reference from a neighbor. This company did an AMAZING job! They painted my girls rooms and our theater room. Lines were precise from wall to ceiling, no splotches & no overlay. 10/10 recommend!

Josiah came out and remodeled our bathroom. He refinished our bathtub, added wainscoting and painted. It looks so good.
